It was actually the landlord who ordered the tile. Even the painter guy was horrified and reluctant to put it in.<br/>The landlord told us that he planned to get some new tile that he called "kind of Art Deco", talking as if that would appeal to my feminine taste for style or something.<br/>But then we saw it and were like "If by Art Deco you mean: 'not matching'..."
